Employment Procedures

All applications to our company are kept confidential and always get either positive or negative reply after interviews, those CVs that do not match to currently vacant positions are kept in our CV bank for future reference.

Information about vacant positions is submitted by all the company departments to HR department, specifying qualifications required.

HR used sources: membership to different career websites, newspaper advertisements, company CV databank and applications with references.

Suitable CVs are selected by HR department to be interviewed, appropriate candidates will proceed to interview with related department manager.

Terms and Conditions of positions, specified by the company are being offered to eligible candidates, the most appropriate ones are selected by related department and HR manager.

In order to evaluate capabilities of candidates, their technical abilities, level of foreign language are measured . Driving and psychometric tests are also performed.
