Our Training Policy 

By following up training programs offered by professional Companies we choose certain training plans to involve our current employees in, therefore to develop their knowledge in particular branches, eventually increasing their capacity and upraise contributions in order to reach our vision.

Our Performance Evaluation Policy 

All the targets are defined by top management and given to internal departments. The level of success in reaching given targets is measured and scored by supervisors of employees, quarter based. According to these evaluations, employees get a chance to be promoted within the company.

Planned Performance Management System (360* Performance Evaluation) will give a chance for employees to evaluate their management performance as well.
